This essentially functions by taking two standard G3 magazines, and designing a compressing clip that snaps them together butt-to-butt, and a “plug” for the bottom magazine that fills the bottom and allows installation of stacked magazine springs.

In testing, this worked well. Long term durability is not expected though due to the rather flimsy connecting mechanism in the center.
