Goal: Design a full size (19×25) rifle shooting target that accurately depicts the moment of the shot, correctly scaled, for intended shooting distance of 82 yards. Shooters can take a cold bore shot at it and see if they have the skill to bring the situation to a peaceful end by shooting the gun out of the hand without causing him harm.
It’s not a terribly difficult shot to take for a prone, scoped rifle, but the context makes it fun. I really liked the idea of making a pacifist shooting target, so here we are.

Reason for abandonment: Not good enough at this wiki-how style art to get it looking good. Torso seems too wide compared to arms, his left (our right) hand seems weird, gun proportions are off, revolver is too dark but if i make it lighter it almost blends into the pants etc etc etc. Currently working with an artist to see if they can fix it up.
